How much weight can I expect to lose? Our programs are designed to help you safely lose about 2 pounds per week.* The amount of weight you lose will depend on how active you are and how compliant you will be on the plan.
How long should I do the plan? The amount of time you do the weight loss plan depends on how much weight you wish to lose. Everyone loses weight at a different rate. Metabolism plays a key role in this. The average person will likely stay on the program for about 2-3 months then transition to a maintenance plan.* Once you feel you are ready for maintenance please contact us for transition instructions.
How often should I eat? You need to eat every 2-3 hours. You want to consume small frequent meals. It is not advised to eat within 3 hours before bedtime. Do not skip any meals or snacks.
What should I drink? You need to drink 8-10 glasses (8ounces) of water daily. If you do not drink enough fluids you could become dehydrated and actually retain water weight. This will also help keep you from becoming constipated. AVOID all sodas including diet soda. AVOID drinks with salt or sodium. Read the label before consuming.
Should I take a multivitamin? Yes, you should take a daily multivitamin.
How often should I exercise? You should exercise at least 3 days a week for a minimum of 30 minutes. If you have medical problems please get medical clearance from your physician prior to starting any exercise program.
What do the Appetite Crusher and Binge Buster pills do? These pills are developed to be taken together to help maximize control of your appetite, cravings and night time binge eating. Take 1 Appetite Crusher and 1 Binge Buster half an hour before breakfast, lunch and dinner with 8 ounces of water. If you miss a pill just go ahead and skip that one. If you are currently taking blood thinners or other medications please consult your doctor before taking these pills.
