Congratulations on getting your life back by joining our weight management program*!
This weight management program was developed by Dr. Hubert using her many years of experience as a weight loss physician. Dr. Hubert knows that losing weight and keeping it off is a difficult task without the help of a well established program*. Although Dr. Hubert is not your medical doctor, she is however, here to support you through this program. Support is one of the most important things you will need to succeed.
In order to achieve your weight loss goal you will need 3 things: a positive attitude, motivation, and the will to succeed. You can do it!
First you will need to customize your weight loss program by clicking the ”customize your weight loss program” icon on the home page, and you will be taken to the weight loss plan that is right for you* based on your Body Mass Index (BMI). We recommend you follow this plan as closely as possible. You should reach a steady state of weight loss per week*. This number will vary depending on your compliance, activity level, and metabolic rate. You should continue this plan until you have either reached your goal, or you are within 10 pounds of your weight loss diet goal. Once you reach this point please email us for instructions on how to start your transition back to full food. The transition period will take about 4-6 weeks. Upon completion of the transition phase you will be started on the maintenance phase which will last a lifetime.
